Cards for Heroes

More incredible heroes that served our country and this hero was injured in the line of duty! We are asking schools, clubs and sports teams and families to create cards to share with these amazing heroes to celebrate and share positive words of encouragement.  We encourage you to be creative. Some kids scrapbook on the cards with layers, some write jokes or ask questions! Some have positive quotes or share stories of how they stayed strong during a rough time. Have fun and if you can’t send one feel free to connect with us on Facebook to have your message included in our gift to them!

2019 – Jaiden Henry’s 6th Annual Holiday Toy Drive

We are excited to be supporting 11-year-old Jaiden Henry with his Annual Holiday Toy Drive again this year to make sure that kids in multiple hospitals, military kids and kids in need are not without a toy this holiday season.  Jaiden has brought smiles and toys to over 11,000 kids in the last 5 years and set a goal of helping 3,000 kids this holiday season.  WE WOULD LOVE YOUR HELP AND SUPPORT TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN!

Jaiden started this project because 6 years ago he was fighting for his life in 3 different hospitals.  He felt what it was like to be sick and in a hospital bed during a holiday and remembers volunteers and loved ones doing kind things for him to bring him a smile, so set out on a mission to do that for others in need every year.

Ways to help:

  • Donating new unwrapped toys for kids ages newborn to age 16
  • Donating money to purchase toys needed for specific age groups (Can send money donations to PayPal.Me/KidPossible)
  • Spreading the word to get other businesses, families and schools to join in our efforts to help kids in need.

All Kids Matter Foundation and SocialWorks with Chance the Rapper

Another year supporting these, 2 amazing organizations, that are making sure we are actively doing our part to keep the homeless warm during these cold Chicago winter months.  Last year collectively we gave out over 16,000 items to the homeless during All Kids Matter’s Taste for the Homeless event.  These items included, shoes, boots, coats and jackets, blankets, gloves, scarves, hats, all types of clothing items and even tents and portable heaters.  WE ARE ALWAYS COLLECTING ITEMS TO DONATE AND APPRECIATE ANY SUPPORT.  It doesn’t take much to go through your closet or house and find items that you or family grew out of or don’t need to donate to a family in need.  “If everyone does a little, we can help a lot.” Jaiden Henry

We collected hundreds of 100th Birthday Cards and Positive Messages for WW2 Army Veteran Harold Brosowske.

Thank you for helping make this hero’s birthday that was on February 25th 1919, one that made him smile and feel 100 years young!  We had multiple schools, clubs and sports teams and families create cards to share with this amazing hero who served with the 86th Battalion in Texas during WW2.  He has an amazing family that he is very close with and loves to spend time with.  When Kid Possible Worldwide heard and made contact with Harold’s wonderful granddaughter, Becky Yaworski about his birthday we knew we could connect others to bring even more smiles to this veteran’s special day!

Meet Harold and Granddaughter Becky

Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts for everyone who was involved and helped to make his 100th birthday this year his best year yet!   Cards were sent to:
